Want to get the most out of GamingDNA and see your gaming stats, achievements and activity displayed on your profile? There's one important thing you need to check first!

Your Xbox and Steam profiles must be set to public so GamingDNA can access the information needed to bring your gaming data to life.

🟢 Xbox – Check Your Privacy Settings

Make sure your Xbox privacy settings allow your profile and gaming activity to be viewed by others.

This helps GamingDNA retrieve information such as your:

  • Gamertag and profile information
  • Games played and gaming activity
  • Achievements unlocked
  • Gamerscore
  • Other available Xbox statistics

🔵 Steam – Check Your Privacy Settings

Head into your Steam profile's privacy settings and make sure your profile and game details are set to Public.

This allows GamingDNA to access available information such as:

  • Your Steam games library
  • Games you've been playing
  • Playtime statistics
  • Other available gaming information

🔍 Why Does This Matter?

GamingDNA is all about bringing your gaming history and statistics together in one place. The more information your connected profiles make available, the more we can do with your data!

If your profiles are private, some information may be unavailable or your stats may not update correctly.

Take a moment to check your settings and make sure both profiles are public.

Let's get those stats flowing! 🚀
