Grand Theft Auto 5has undergone countless changes and complete transformations over the 13 years since its initial release, but outside of limited-time events or new activities, Los Santos itself hasn't really changed all that much. While this does mean returning to GTA 5 is just as nostalgic as ever, fans have been making countless jokes over the fact that construction areas like the Skyscraper in the center of the city are still unfinished.
