Digital downloads are much more convenient, though. You can buy a game from home, start downloading it immediately, and avoid worrying about damaged or lost discs. Digital libraries also make switching between games much easier.
However, physical games can often be resold, traded, borrowed, or bought second-hand, while digital purchases are generally tied to your account. If you had to choose one, would you rather own physical PlayStation discs or have your entire game library digitally?

Digital - i am not bothered about owning games.

I want to be in control of the games that I play. This is the reason I buy physical games. I've got a big collection of physical games that I play, but that doesn't mean that I don't play digital games if the need arises.

As much as I love physical video games, it's inevitable what's going to happen with them. Sony have already started calling making their new consoles play physical games as they come without any disc drive. I'm embracing digital downloads now.

The physical game discs is better than the digital downloads by miles. imagine buying 90GB digital game on PlayStation store, then you couldn't download it because of a bad network. Then the data sub is completely wasted.

Physical games are better in my opinion. You can sell it, borrow it or keep it for collection. That can't be done with the digital version. It's convenient but you don't own it.

Digital downloads—but do you know what the problem is? With physical games, the vast majority generally came with the complete game, and that’s what people miss—and even demand: having the full game, ready to play whenever you want.
