But yes I spend a bit too much time on my phone, mainly watching TikTok

Absolutely, and it's a difficult habit to break.

I took a step quite recently in reducing my "mindless scrolling" by coming off Facebook again. It was largely AI generated rubbish anyway.

That being said, I'm probably still on my phone perhaps more than I really want to be.
