Buy a console, then monthly pass to play online and then the game.

It's very expensive and not like good old days.

I agree. It becomes expensive console and then a lot of bolt ons.

I think so. It's why I'm debating on making my own affordable console. I think after I finish my site and finally have some downtime I'll be working on that but $70-90 a game is insane, $1k+ for a console is insane. The gaming industry is about to crash and apparently it's already starting to hit.

I think it’s actually the opposite. Gaming is more affordable nowadays. I pay $20 a month for Xbox Game Pass without even owning a console. I use an Xbox controller and play on my PC, which is connected to my TV with an HDMI cable.

Gaming has really become a luxury nowadays . $70-90 per game is a huge amount of money if you ask me. This is why many of us rely on second-hand consoles and cracked games because they are affordable.

Yes, it’s true that games often cost more—and all that—but they’re reaching somewhat exorbitant prices that don’t really make much sense.

I think gaming has become too expensive, especially when you consider console prices, full-priced games, subscriptions, and paid extras. It’s getting harder to enjoy gaming without spending a lot.
